Prints and paintings by Lucy Threlfall 4 - 8 December 2012 Private View 54 The Gallery | This new work is the result of a Masters degree in printmaking that Lucy has just completed at the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. The show explores the emotive power of the human form both in print and paint. Figures are held within undefined spaces - some soaring, others introspective. By reworking these existential bodies through different states and media, Lucy has conjured a poignant sense of being human. |
